Submission Guidelines

1. Please Sign up(http://www.qr2mse.org/wp-login.php?action=register) and Fill in the corresponding information. The submission template is in the Documents. Please submit your paper after modifying the format according to the template, and pay attention to the following website and email messages. Your registration application will be reviewed within 1 to 3 business days, so please be patient.

2. After completing registration, please click the email sent by the system to activate and reset the new password.

3. Click on login (http://www.qr2mse.org/wp-login.php) to enter the submission page.

4. Check the issue list (http://www.qr2mse.org/wp-admin/profile.php?page=issue-page) to see if the paper was successfully submitted.

5. Review process will be arranged after paper delivery, please wait patiently.

6. If the website delivery is not successful, you can send the paper via email (icqrms@uestc.edu.cn), indicating the form of participation, corresponding author and contact information, and pay attention to the email information
